Bisadora currently ships its products via Federal Express. A physical shipping address is required, as Federal Express does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Customers will be quoted prices for the various shipping options for their order, and will be able to select their preferred option.

If a customer selects Standard Delivery to an address within the 48 contiguous United States, they will be charged as follows, according to the value of the merchandise being ordered:

$0.01 to $49.99 = $6.95 Standard Shipping

$50.00 or more = Free Standard Shipping

Standard Delivery shipping charges are determined by the total merchandise dollar amount of your order, before taxes and shipping are included. Standard Delivery orders are normally delivered within 1-8 business days of processing your order. Certain orders may be shipped via Federal Express SmartPost. Federal Express SmartPost allows Federal Express to ship the order and have it delivered to its destination by the United States Post Office. There will still be a Federal Express tracking number assigned, and the item can be tracked through delivery.

Express shipping (overnight, second day, third day) charges are calculated and quoted in real-time. Customers will be offered prices for all available shipping options. The cut off time for orders to be filled on the same day is 11:00a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders received on or before 11:00a.m. PST, on our regular days of operation (Tuesday through Saturday), will be filled on the same day. All orders received after 11:00a.m. PST will be filled on the next regular day of operation.

Shipping to addresses outside of the 48 contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and any other U.S. Territories) is available, and customers will be given choices from real-time Federal Express quoted rates, for various shipping options. Free shipping is not offered on orders shipped to addresses outside of the 48 contiguous United States.

International shipping is also available to our customers based upon real-time Federal Express quoted rates. However, customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes owed for their shipment at the time of delivery, as well as any foreign transaction fees for foreign credit card transactions.

APO/FPO (military addresses) shipping is available to our customers as well. Orders to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via Federal Express SmartPost only, based upon the real-time Federal Express quote rate. Free shipping is not available to APO/FPO addresses.

Bisadora reserves the right to ship orders utilizing the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Windows of time for delivery are estimates. The actual date of delivery cannot be guaranteed, but packages can be tracked to determine the estimated delivery date. Methods and rates for shipping are subject to change. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
